You are entering into an agreement with Paul J Loehlein of Airborne Photography LLC to photograph a location under the terms and conditions defined on this page and during this six step ordering process. This agreement pertains to residential real estate photography.
Time Frame: All photographs will be delivered or ready for pickup by noon on the day after the photography session has taken place.
Delivery: All photographs will be delivered electronically via the internet, through a secure and verifiable delivery system. Clients must have and email address and computer or other electronic storage device to receive and store the photographs. Clients must also have a working knowledge of .ZIP files and a source for technical support, other than Airborne Photography LLC, available to assist on the receiving side of the internet transfer. If these digital requirements are not met or the file size of the completed project exceeds 25 MB, a CD/DVD will be created for an additional fee, and may be picked up at 2201 S Oneida St Ste 6, Green Bay, WI 54304 or mailed to a desired location at the expense of the client. Airborne Photography will assist with any problems in the delivery process if we are able. Airborne Photography LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged files once delivery has been confirmed and ten days subsequent to the photography session.
Copyright: Airborne Photography LLC follows standard photography practices regarding copyrights. All photographs taken are the property of Airborne Photography LLC with usage rights extended to the paying entity to use the photographs for marketing of the property photographed. These rights will last until the property is sold and are not transferable to another party without further consideration due to Airborne Photography LLC. Additional usage rights are available. Cancellations: All cancellations must be made no less than two (2) hours prior to the time of the appointment or the minimum payment will be considered as payment for lost time that could have been used for another appointment. Cancellations over voicemail will be accepted at (920) 676-4672. Lack of proper preparation will not result in a refund or reschedule. This can be avoided by contacting your client on the morning of the appointment to verify that the property is prepared to your specifications. Airborne Photography LLC will not be held responsible for exterior photographs that are not taken or turn out poorly due to undesirable weather conditions on the scheduled date of photography session. A new order may be placed for a return trip at the expense of the client.
Hourly Rates: The down payment is the minimum payment for each type of photography shoot. Any additional charges for missing mileage coverage and additional time needed to complete each site will be invoiced after the photo shoot and will be due on receipt. A finance fee of 12% will be added monthly for over due payments.
