We have made this decision to preserve trust among our clients and to promote a dependant relationship between you and your clients.

Copyright: Airborne Photography LLC follows standard photography practices regarding copyrights. All photographs taken are the property of Airborne Photography LLC with usage rights extended to the paying entity to use the photographs for marketing of the property photographed. These rights will last until the property is sold and are not transferable to another party without further consideration due to Airborne Photography LLC. Additional usage rights are available. Without a written contract all photographs and usage rights are solely the property of the photographer.

None of your information will be used to contest the unlawful usage of the images. Since Airborne Photography LLC retains the ownership of all of the images we take, the law will stand behind us without the requirement of client information. We are collecting it in the event that we need more information to find the suspected entity. The guilty party will have two business days to remove the images from the date we contact them before legal action is take against them. They will be offered the chance to hire Airborne Photography LLC to take original images on their behalf.
